1. Your Right to Cancel
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products. This is often called the “cooling off period”.
2. Returns Period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return it.
You then have another 14 days to send the products back to us.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be unused and in their original packaging
Products must be in resellable condition
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items cannot be returned:
Items that have been used or worn
Items with damaged or opened packaging (where hygiene is a concern)
Items that are not in resellable condition
4. How to Return an Item
To return an item:
Contact us at [your email address] with your order number and the item you wish to return
We will provide you with a return address
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Send the item back to us (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
5. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you that we have received your return
We will process your refund within 14 days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
The original shipping cost is not refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address]
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
We will cover the return shipping costs in this case
8. Faulty Products
If a product develops a fault after use, please contact us. Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
